You changed a notification template, however these changes does not appear on the notification which user receives.

Reproducing the Issue
Proceed performing some changes on a Notification Template using the Content Notification Editor (not the legacy one)
- Trigger this notification to a test user - do not use the button 'Send Preview' from inside the Editor. Instead, re-create the scenario for LMS to trigger the notification.
- You will notice that the notification does not show the changes that you performed.
It is missing the enablement of the Content Editor Notification for the Notification Template you customized. This way, LMS will use the Legacy Notification Editor, as per the following screenshot.
Navigate to System Admin > Configuration > Notification Templates
Choose the template you are customizing
Click Messages tab
Enable the option 'Use Editor Content When Sending email Notification'
