- Email/Phone Information missing in Report.
- Advanced Reporting not fetching Email/Phone Information details of a user although data is available in EC.
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Advanced Reporting and try fetching the Email/Phone info for a user using below join.
2. Fields from Email/Phone Information table will be blank
- One of the Possible reason could be the user information missing from Personal Information table.
- Since the join of the table will always be through Personal Information table therefore the user must have data under Personal Information table.
- Make sure that the data is available in Personal Information portlet of user and if the data is already available then raise an incident with Successfactors Analytics team.
