2563681 - Account Address Not Showing Same Results

Symptom

Addresses on account header are not showing same results from account to account.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer 1711/03.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Customers work center.
  2. Go to Accounts view.
  3. Search for and open account ID ABC (ABC represents the ID of the first account).
  4. See address showing: street number > street name > city > post code.
  5. Now open account ID XYZ (XYZ represents the ID of the second account).
  6. See address showing: street number > street name > city > state.

Cause

The account address will be shown based on the account Country. Each Country has its own format based on international rules.

Resolution
