How to make JPB Objects Auditable?

This includes:

• Family
• Role
• Competency
• Job Profile
• Job Template

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile 

In order to audit Job Profile Builder object, the "MDF Version History" feature should be enabled as per the following steps:

1. Navigate to Admin Center;
2. Look for "Configure Object Definitions" in the search box;
3. In the "search" box set "Object Definition";
4. Then choose the object you are looking for;
5. Finally set "MDF Version History" to "Complete History" as shown on the next image.

Note: If "MDF Version History" is not enabled it will not be possible to perform an audit;

This feature will only perform the data retention onwards. That is, from the moment it is enabled;

After enabling "MDF Version History" you can audit the required objects the same way you would do for any other MDF object.

Alternativelly, you can check for any entity in Manage Data, and see the last modified date as well as which user modified it.
