You want to request for a restore from restore point.
To request Restore from Restore Point, please create an incident out of your SAP Business ByDesign/Cloud for Customer/Cloud for Travel and Expense system.
Provide the following information:
•Customer Number (Business Partner Number)
•Tenant ID or URL which shall be restored
•Restore Point ID
•Restore start date/time (Only in UTC or CET).
During the reset process, the tenant being restored is not accessible.
•Requestor (SAP Project Manager / Advocate)
•Acknowledgement of data loss to date of restore point creation
Please add the following text to the incident:
I am aware of the risk of data loss to the date of restore point creation and there is no revert option/data recovery is possible after the reset process is done.
NOTE: Without this text, we will not proceed with the reset.
Once the restore is completed, SAP will send e-mail notification to requestor informing about the completion of the restore.
NOTE: Restore point can be used for rollbacks required during data migration and it cannot be used to rollback changes to partner developed solutions.
