- Top Navigation Bar disappeared
- When accessing “My Info” the screen blinks and scroll and unable to access any Portlet

Reproducing the Issue
- login to the instance
- Notice top navigation bar missing
- Go to My Employee File
- See that portlet are not visible
- Go to release center
- See text is overflowing
One possible cause could be with your internet provider that needs to whitelist the successfactor URL across all their internet groups.
If you connect from a different network and the issue is not occuring, then this could be because of the cause mentioned above.
To resolve above cause, customers will need to check with their internet provider that their successfactors URL (e.g: https://performancemanager5.successfactors.eu/login#/login) is whitelisted
