This article describes a new feature implemented in 2017Q3 release named “sensitive” tag.

The object templates in RCM now offer a new tag “sensitive” that can be used to identify sensitive personal data of a candidate in the system. Please note that this tag still does not trigger any functionality in the system, but will be further enhanced in coming releases.
“Sensitive Personal Data" are personal data, revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership; data concerning health or sex life and sexual orientation […]”.
A new field attribute <sensitive> is available on the Candidate Profile, Application, and Offer Approval XML templates. You can use this attribute to designate sensitive personal data in the template, however at this time there is no functionality associated with the designation. This field may be visible when downloading XML from the Manage Templates tool, and should have a value of "false". Also customers must not change the value when they upload such template. This is available only via provisioning for now. It is not available in Manage Template tool in admin center.
