- Customers receieving error(failed to created password error) at the beginning of NES step when new hires are prompted to create a new password & the system is not accepting any passwords.

- Check to see if the user is Locked Out. Navigate in Onboarding to the Security>Users> see the “locked” check box. If it is checked, then Edit that user’s record and uncheck it.
- Kindly check whether password requirements has been met when setting up password(password requirements).
- Check whether webservice login is locked out in superadmin.
