When you save the changes on the Theme Manager, you do not see any changes replicate on the instance theme.

Reproducing the Issue
- Enter in Theme Manager;
- Change the theme settings;
- Save it;
- You will see that no change was done.
The UI elements are stored on cache to save loading times, so the UI theme that is loaded on the browser is not the one that you saved.
To be able to see the change, you have 2 options:
- You can click "Try it now" (Just under the theme name) before you save it, this feature allow you to preview the changes that you are making. This will force the reload in the cache;
- You can logout and login back, this should also force the reload on the cache and then you will be able to see the changes.
