2553474 - Route map is not available in instance sync tool

Symptom

  • Route maps not appearing in instance sync tool.
  • Route maps are appearing fine in "Route Map List".

Environment

  • BizX Platform

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Manage route maps
  2. Check to see if your route map is appearing fine
  3. Go to instance sync
  4. Create sync to sync "Workflows"
  5. Your new route maps are not appearing in the results section

Resolution

  • Engineering have found an issue with the date ranges as it is not including newly modified route maps
  • This issue will be fixed in version release 1802, Please see KBA 2521176 for release dates

**Workaround**

  • Go to search criteria and edit the date "after" & "before", Please see screenshot below for an example
  • Then select search
  • This results will then show you your newly modified route maps
