How can I enable or disable for the candidate to select the Candidate Privacy Options when creating and new account?
Reproducing the Issue
When a new candidate is creating an account, there is an selector in the end of the form called "Make My Profile Visible to" with three options, that does not apply according to your company recruiting proccess:
- Any company recruiter worldwide
- Any company recruiter in my country of residence
- Only recruiters managing jobs I apply to
Based on the configurations set in the back end(Provisioning), the candidate is going to have to choose when creating a new account for who he is going to be seen. If you have the "Ask external candidates to set their visibility settings when creating an account profile" enabled, these options are going to be displayed when a new candidate registers himself.
You have the option to let the external candidate to decide about his own visibility inside the recruiting environment, by enabling this option in the back end(Provisioning), or you can disable this option in the back end(Provisioning) and the candidate visibility privacy is going to be set always as "Any company recruiter worldwide".
