Survey is editable after completed
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Service workcenter.
- Go to the Work Tickets view.
- Open Ticket id XYZ (XYZ is ticket id).
- Go to Surveys tab
- Click on Survey hyperlink (Where status is completed)
Survey answer is editable
Currently we don't have lock status for completed survey. It can be changed anytime.
This is the current behavior of system.
