The Title in the Account quick view pop up cannot be replaced with a value from a Key User Tool (KUT) field.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Customers work centre.
- Go to the Accounts View.
- Hover over Account ID ABC(ABC represents the Account ID).
- In the Account quick view pop up, the value of the Title field is derived from the standard Role field.
5. You want to hide this Role field and derive the Title field with the value from the KUT field DEF.
This is currently not supported in Cloud for Customer and would therefore be considered a new feature request.
