2545838 - Address Information is Missing for Contact Person While Adding Attendees to visits


When you add Attendees to visits, the Address Information of Contact Persion are missing. Also there is no option to add address.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Visits work center
2. Select Visits view
3. Select Visit XYZ
4. Navigate to the Attendees facet
5. Select the Add button
6. Choose the OVS in the Name field
7. Search for the Contact ABC

Actual Result: There are many Business Partners with name ABC in the system. If we search for the ID ABC in the Contacts work center, the Business Address is maintained. But if we go to the Business Partners work centre Business Partners Search for ABC, no Address is maintained. It is only after the Attendee is added to the list of Attendees, that the Address is visible.


In Attendees OVS, Address is missing for Business Partners which are Contact Person. Address for Contact person is derived from Account but which will not reflect in respective Business Partner.


When you add a business partner(with no address), it is only when you choose to add it that the relationship/role contact is determined, that is why the address of the contact can't be displayed against a business partner.
