You open the timesheet of an employee and the system shows a warning message "Inactive Time(s)" in the field Period Status.
Reproducing the Issue
- Enter Time Administration work center
- Navigate to the Time sheet section under the Time Recording view
- Search for the employee
- Click on Open Time Sheet Button
- In the Period Status field, you can see the warning message
This message is displayed because the employee does not have the target hours registered and approved for that specific period, in one or more days of the week.
By clicking on the tab Review and Correct, you can see the specific days when the target working time was not completed
In order to correct this, the time records that have status "Pending cancellation", "Cancelled" or "In Approval" must be approved.
This is done by the employee manager of the org structure (which can be found by clicking in the employee name anywhere on the time sheet screen).
