Whenever an inbound call comes in and the agent accepts the call, you want to the caller's account page to be opened directly.
Reproducing the Issue
- You receive an inbound call from the customer ABC(where ABC is the account name).
- You accept the call.
- The account information is displayed in the left side and Live activity pane opens up on the right side of the screen.
Instead of this behavior, when you accept the call, you want the Sales Order facet of the account ABC thing inspector to open directly.
This is currently not possible in SAP Cloud for Customer system.
