You have created a Custom field using SDK on Ticket screen of HTML and you are not able to add the same field on Ticket screen of RUI
Reproducing the Issue
1.Login to system in RUI.
2.Go to Service Work Center.
3. Click on Tickets.
4. Open any Ticket.
5. Click on User name button on top right of screen.
6. Select 'Open Layout in HMTL5' option form dropdown.
7. HTML5 layout opens.
8. Enter Adaptation Mode.
9. Click on Edit Master Layout.
10. Try to add the custom field that you have created on HTML screen.
11. You are not able to find the field.
The Tickets screen of HTML5 is different from that of Ticket screen of RUI
Fields added to Tickets screen of HTML5 via SDK should be added again on Tickets screen of RUI via SDK.
