In a Ticket, the filter and sorting option on the column Channel is missing.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Service work center.
- Go to the Tickets view.
- In the OWL(Object Work List) there is column name Channel.
When you click on column name Channel, there is no option to filter or sort on this column.
The channel field is a dedicated field and currently within the UI framework we don’t have this option to have a sorting or filtering on these kinds of fields.
This is an expected system behavior.
