Unable to find the Capture Signature Button in Tickets
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to HTML5 client.
- Go to Tickets.
- Open any Ticket.
- Click on Actions.
- Capture Signature Button is not available.
Capture Signature functionality is available only in Responsive UI (Fiori Client) and Extended App, not in HTML5.
This is the current system behavior.
