You have added custom / extension fields to the Entitled Products section within Contracts and after the contract is released the fields are no longer editable, they are set with the Read Only property automatically.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Sales Orders
- Go to Contracts
- Select a Contract from the list
- Click on the Items tab (If you’re not able to see it click on the button View All first)
- Click on the Entitled Products tab
Standard system behaviour
The fields within Items -> Entitled Products section being set to Read Only after a contract is released is a standard behaviour of the system.
