You cannot see Reject button on Approval tab of tickets, even though it is visible in UI Designer.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Service work center.
- Go to Tickets view.
- Open a Ticket.
- Go to Approval tab.
On Actions column, you cannot see the Reject button, even though it is visible in UI Designer.
There is no option to Reject a ticket in standard C4C approval process. In standard approval process for tickets, you will only see Approve and Send to Revision. This last one works similar to a rejection, using the notes to explain why.
This field is visible in UI Designer because it is PSM released. The reason for this is because it can be used to set up your own custom approval process.
This is the expected system behavior.
