Unable to edit the Note History in an Approval facet of an Opportunity.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Sales work center.
- Go to the Opportunities view.
- Search for opportunity ABC (where ABC is the opportunity name) and open it.
- Go to the Approval facet and click on the Edit button.
It is not possible to edit/delete an existing note under the section Note History.
The notes history functionality is designed to capture the notes that were taken at a certain point in time and so editing them is not permitted.
This is an expected system behavior.
