How to distinguish between Main and Concurrent employments via business rules?
Employee Central - Concurrent Employment
We can use Employment Details.Employment Characterisitics to check- IF it is Main (Primary) employment or Secondary (Concurrent) employment:
Then condtion can have further logic that is required if employment is found to be a Concurrent employment.
The Employment Characterisitics is available under employment details model as well.Please note while Creating Concurrent employment this condition will not work as it is still in creation phase.
