Your requirement is to extract all the Customer Invoice Documents (in .XML format) along with Output History (in PDF format) associated with them.
There is no Data Extraction service for Customer Invoices and this includes the Output History.
We have added this functionality as a new requirement and will be available in one of the future releases. If you need this functionality, you can seek assistance from your PDI Business Partner or Customer Engagement Executive.

Once you reach out the SAP Cloud Service Center, an incident is not required to track this requirement.
As a workaround, you may set up a Custom Print Queue and use the Cloud Print Manager to Save to file. Thereafter, resubmit the Output History for the Customer Invoices which you require. This would allow to get the required outcome.
