Unable to hide the Add/New button in the Ticket's Activity facet for the Task.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Service work center.
- Go to the Tickets view.
- Search for Ticket ABC (where ABC is the Ticket Name) and open it .
- Go to the Activities facet and to the Task section ,where you can see the Add/New button is available.
- Click on Adapt->Enter Adaptation mode and put your cursor on New/Add button.
There is no setting/option available to hide this button.
The necessary anchors/option to personalize the hiding of buttons in Task list have been added in 1711 release.
This is an expected behavior in current release.
