Freight field is showing blank in Service Order even though freight is maintained for service order.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to work center Product and Service Portfolio.
- Go to view Pricing and select sub view Freights.
- Freight is maintained with respect to Service Order and its Released.
- Go to work center Service Orders.Go to view Service Orders.
- Select Service Order: 96929 and click on Edit.
- Freight field is blank.
The item maintained in this order is service (Eg- Item type: Service - time and material). Freight is applicable only for Products and not for Service item
This is standard system behavior.
