You are implementing a PDF summary template of tickets and realize that images are not included in the summary, only the placeholder and the link to the image are added.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Service work center.
- Go to the Tickets view.
- Open ticket XXX (XXX represents the ID of the Ticket).
- Click on Summary button and then on Preview Summary.
- The images will not be showed into the PDF Summary.
This is the expected system behavior. Currently the images will not be showed in the PDF Summary for Tickets.
If you need this functionality urgently you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center (email@example.com).
Note: The services of the SAP Cloud Service Center will be charged as packaged services based on fixed prices.
