The fields Notes From Last Visit and Last Visit Date/Time get updated with the data from the visit you have completed.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Customers work center.
- Open an Account.
- Go to Visits tab.
- Open a Visit.
- Click on Actions -> Set as Complete.
The fields Notes From Last Visit and Last Visit Date/Time get updated with the data from this visit.
When the visit is in process, the field Notes From Last Visit and Last Visit Date/Time will pickup data from the last completed visit for this account.
When you complete this visit, it will be itself the last completed visit for this account, meaning the data from the fields Notes From Last Visit and Last Visit Date/Time will be filled with entries from this very visit.
This is the expected system behavior.
If you do not want the last notes to be updated in visits, you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center (firstname.lastname@example.org).
