2534148 - Visits Count and Apply Starts Count in RMK Advanced Analytics - Recruiting Marketing

In Advanced Analytics, the Apply Start Count for candidates is exceeding their Visit Count. Does this mean the candidates are able to apply to jobs in RMK without even visiting the site?

• The Visits (or Visitors) count displays the number of visits in the RMK career site from the selected source. It is recorded whenever a candidate enters the RMK platform from any source (say, any ATS) and it does not capture the number of times  the candidate navigates to different pages within the RMK platform.
• The Apply Starts count displays the apply start for the selected source. An Apply Start is recorded when a candidate clicks on the Apply Now button on a job on a Recruiting Marketing public site. (Note they must be logged in to their profile -new or existing- for the Apply start to be counted)

If you see that the Visitors Count is higher than the Apply Starts Count, it might not always be a data discrepancy. For example, a candidate enters the RMK career site through an ATS and applies to multiple jobs in the same go. In this case the system will record only 1 Visits Count but multiple Apply Starts Count.

Please note that Advanced Analytics do not collect other data, like candidates activities (time spent on a page or element, etc.) on the career site.
