2533347 - The user does not have the necessary authorization appears opening a dashboard in Hybris Marketing Cloud

Symptom

From Hybris Marketing Cloud you open a Dashboard that will redirect you to SAP Analtyics Cloud. After login to SAP Analytics Cloud, you see the message: "The user does not have the necessary authorization"

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2017
  • SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud

Cause

The user doesn't have the rights to see the content.

Resolution

  • When you authenticate to SAP Analytics Cloud, verify that the account has the necessary rights to see the stories.
  • When creating communications systems in Hybris Marketing Cloud , make sure the details of your tenant are correct. In particular the Business Objects tenant Property Value.
  • It is possible that the browser kept a session opened with a different user and when you click on the link in Hybris, it gives you that error in SAP Analytics Cloud.

You can clean the cache of your browser and close it before attempting again.
