A Workflow Rule did not trigger an email activity.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Administrator work centre.
- Open the Workflow Rules view.
- Select the Actions wheel and choose Workflow Log.
- The Workflow Rule ABC (ABC represents to Workflow Rule ID) is not visible.
The Workflow Rule has not been correctly configured in the Administrator work centre.
