Searching candidate source in ad hoc reports or candidate application.
Job requisitions are public worldwide and Job Boards can manipulate the job requisition URL to their pages.
The jobPipleline parameter is a way to store the source from external portals or job boards that wants to be addressed in the ad hoc report.
For example the URL below is standard URL
A job board can take the URL and manipulate the URL as below.
This added value "JobBoard" is stored in the Successfactors database.
This value will be then visible as source in the Application section. and in ad hoc reports.
Equest or job boards do not have to be set up in the customers instance for this to happen.
Successfactors are unable to do anything about this. If the customer does not want this job board to do this, they will have to address the issue with the job board.
