You want to avoid any mails being sent out of Cloud for Customers system during Production Migration. You have already deactivated all Business Task Management configuration within fine tuning regarding to the objects "Activities, Leads and Opportunities".
You want to make sure that there are no mails send out by the system during the migration.
When migrating transactional data like Leads automatically, email workflows are triggered.
No e-mails will be sent out of the C4C system during migration if you:
- De-activate any workflow rules of this objects.
- Deactivate all "Business Task Management" configuration within fine tuning regarding to the objects.
