When you have sent an email with more than five attachments, only five attachments are displayed on Interactions Facet of Ticket and this Pairing of Attachments follow an Order
Reproducing the Issue
On sending an email with/repeated attachments within it, only those five attachments - in descending order of file name of attached files , are seen,
- Go to Service Work Center
- Then to Ticket View
- Open a ticket ABC,(where, ABC is ticket ID)
- Go to Interaction Facet of Ticket
- Only 5 attachments are seen, in descending order of file name of attached files
The Order of Pairing of Attachments in Interaction Screen follow "Descending Order", hence, you will see only 5 attachments which follow descending order of attached file names.
Ensure that you attach files only once.
