You will see that the changes made to Parent Account field in Account ABC is not getting recorded in the Changes tab of Accounts.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Customers.
- Open Account ABC (Where ABC has a Parent Account Mapped to a given Account XYZ1).
- Click on Edit.
- In the Account ABC header, please replace the Parent Account field value with a new Account XYZ2.
- Save the above changes.
- This change will reflect in the Account Hirearchy Tab.
- Go to Changes Tab and when you see, the above change is not seen or recorded.
Change history recording for Account Hierarchy is not supported at the moment.
This is a new requirement and will be included in the coming relases.
