Catalog is not showing when external users are accessing Learning on their mobile browsers.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Open browser in your mobile.
2. Login on your portal as an external user. There is no catalog available regardless of the browser.
This is a standand behavior. Catalog is not supported in mobile browsers for external users.
Customer can submit an enhancement request.
