2524026 - SAP Analytics Cloud (BOC) tenant appears to be expired due to a error in the renewal process

Symptom

  • SAP Analytics Cloud tenant states that it's expired after login.
  • The system is unusable, only the store functionality is accessible.
  • The behavior happens during the renewal time after the expiry date even though the renewal has been charged.
  • The expected downtime should be less than or equal to 24 hours.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2017.21

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to your tenant
  2. Observe error message stating that your tenant has been expired.

Cause

Defect in the Auto-renewal process.

Resolution

Development has identified this issue and resolution is planned to be released in Wave 2017.24.
