You have an integration scenario and noticed that all your Notes History is getting erased for Customer and Individual Customer.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Customer work center;
- Go to Accounts view;
- Open XYZ Account (XYZ represents the ID of the Accounts);
- Go to Notes tab;
- Add any note on this tab;
- Save it;
- Leave XYZ Account;
- Open the same Account again;
- The notes added will be erased automatically.
This is the current system behavior, SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer does not support notes history for Accounts and Indiviual customers for Integrated scenarios.
