2523539 - How to Disable Generic SSO Landing page to choose an IDP when multiple Asserting parties are used in instance to login

Symptom

  • When Multiple Asserting parties are configured in the instance the end users are taken to the Generic Landing page (to select the desired Asserting party) for redirecting them to a specific page when the user logs out of the system.
  • How can we disable the Generic SSO Landing page to choose an IDP when multiple Asserting parties are used in instance to login?

Environment

  •  BizX Platform

Resolution

  • By default, in case of logout, timeout, or invalid login, multiple asserting parties are redirected to a generic landing page that lists all of the SSO redirects configured in the system. Now you can choose not to use these pages and instead choose one default asserting party to which all users are redirected regardless of the asserting party used to login.
  • Please note you need to contact customer support if you would like to activate the feature – “Disable Multiple Asserting Party Selection” under the Single Sign-On (SSO) Settings in provisioning
  • When we disable the generic landing page, when the user logs out (timesout / invalid login) of SuccessFactors, they will be navigated to this default asserting party redirects automatically regardless of the asserting party they originally connected from.
