Welcome Email not Automatically Triggering
Reproducing the Issue
Email Notification Template for "Welcome Message Notification" has been activated in Company Settings, and email template is set up, but it is not automatically sending a Welcome Email to New Users.
How is the Employee Data being entered ?
* Manually trigger via Admin Centre>Send User Welcome Email when employee is added manually via "Add New Employee"
* If user is manually added via "Import Employee Data" - select the option to "Send Welcome Message" in the Import Employee Data>Basic Import setup.
* If automatically importing employee data via scheduled jobs, when defining the job in "Job Definition" under "Job Parameters" select " Send Welcome Message to New Users" option.
