2520875 - Dashboard Reports: Showing Deleted Forms

Symptom

When Customer tries to extract Forms from homepage Dashboard, still shows deleted Forms.

Environment

Cause

The Dashboard tile doesn't have the correct filter.

Resolution

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Dashboard.

2. Manage Standard Dashboards and YouCalc Files then select on the specific Tile Dashboard.

3. Go to Filters then Refine Criteria, select Status then By My Selection.

From there you can put a check on the appropriate status except for "Deleted" if you don't want the Deleted forms showing up on the Dashboard.
