E-mails from your system are being sent directly to business partners despite you having selected the Business Configuration setting Send all e-mails to this address.
Reproducing the Issue
Prerequisite: In the Business Configuration work center select the option Send all e-mails to this address and maintain a valid e-mail address.
From anywhere in the system that allows it, send an e-mail.
Your system is a productive system. In a productive system, e-mails and faxes are always sent to real addresses of business partners, regardless of the settings you make here. However, we strongly recommend that you choose "Send all e-mails/faxes to this address" and, if possible, enter an address used for testing purposes. This will prevent e-mails and faxes being sent inadvertently to real addresses, in case this tenant is copied to a non-productive system later on (where these settings would apply).
This is expected system behaviour.
