SF system is located on Data Center 10, but the system ID shown in Launchpad is DC1.
This behaviour is due to the 3 digits limitation of “System ID” on Support Launchpad.
Genernally the system ID shown in Support Portal for SF BIZX are defined as the DataCenter where it located. For example, DC4, DC8.
But for systems located in DC10, the system ID is shown as DC1. This is because system ID shown in Support Launchpad has a limitition rule, it only contains 3 digits. There is no need to be worried, this is not an issue, but System Specification.
