As of b1708 release Planners can now designate up to 3 custom field as filters in Executive Review.
SuccessFactors Variable Pay
To make this new feature available in your template you must first enable it in Plan Setup > Settings > Advanced Settings > Enable plan-level executive review custom filters.
Once enabled you can manage it under Plan Setup > Design Worksheet > Define Plan Level Executive Review Filters. The Custom Field that you would like to have as filter must be of string type and read only.
The Executive Review filters enabled in your Succession Data Model (xml) can be enabled/disabled in Admin Center > Compensation Home > Actions for all plans > Company Settings > Manage Executive Review Filters. Note that filters enabled/disabled here will take effect on all plans/template in your instance.
Note: If the Manage Executive Review Filters tab is not available in your instance you will need to apply the following changes as a workaround;
1. Enable the below permission in Admin Center > Manage Permission Role
- if your instance is already migrated Compensation and Var Pay Permission grant "Add Edit Stock History" permission.
- if your instance is not yet migrated then grant "Manage Compensation Plan Template" permission.
2. Enable the option 'Enable Compensation Employee Profile (Individual View) for Compensation module. [requires Compensation form UI V2]' in Provisioning.
If you do not have access to Provisioning please contact Product Support to enable the feature for you.
Our Engineering Team will fix this gap (designated permissions will be made available) in the upcoming Q4 b1711 release (CMP-15072).
