Administrators may need to set up more than one approval role for an approval step.
Reproducing the Issue
- Refrences> System Admin> Approval process
- create a new approval process
- add several approval roles for one or more of the steps created
This configuration is possible SuccessFactors LMS.
The user requesting an approval will see in the first approval role available for each step alphabtically in the approval request screen. When clicking "Show all", the user will see all the available approval roles for this step.
Please note: all the roles for the step cannot be displayed in the approval screen and the system display intentionally the first approval role that comes in the alphabetical order.
Customers and partners who woudl like to see this behaviour changed in future versions of the system are encouraged to submit and enhancement request as per the KBA attached.
