2518622 - Incident Notifications do not Open when Clicking More in RUI

Symptom

When you receive an Incident Notification in RUI and click on More, the system does not open the Incident.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the system in RUI.
  2. Click on the Notification button.
  3. Click on More in the incident notification.

    4. The incident does not open.

Cause

Currently Incident Tracking is not supported through notifications in RUI. We have noted this requirement and will be adding it in a future release.

Resolution

Incident tracking works as expected in the HTML5 UI.

Please, follow these steps to open incident notification in HTML:

  1. Open the system with HTML5.
  2. Click on the Notifications button.
  3. Click More.

4. The incident will open

In RUI, click on View All option and then on More option of the respective notification in order to see further details.
