Application error occurred while creating requisition from position org chart.

Reproducing the Issue
Login to instance> Company Info> Create requisition from any Position > You get a below application error:
One of the reasons for this error is a "change in an Operator field configuration" like Recruiter
Create an incident with the Cloud Product Support and ask them to check the error logs based on error id that you are getting in the instance.
If the error in the application logs states "Association RcmJobReq_Operator_recruiter not found at", check if any changes have been performed with respect to this operator in the instance.
Even if you are unable to find the changes, Perform Meta data refresh to have latest data sync in the Integration. This will resolve the sript error when creating requisition from Position.
How to Perform Meta Data Refresh:
Login to instance> Navigate to Admin Centre > Odata API Metadata Refresh and Export > Click on Refresh button next to "Refresh Metadata Cache"
