There is a need to access the Administration Console of an Identity Authentication tenant, or application authenticated by the tenant, but the credentials (e-mail and password) are unknown.
An e-mail is sent to the administrator when the tenant is created.
Note: SAP strongly recommends to set at least 2 administrators in case one of them is not available.
