1- The EC Service Center 'Ask HR ' application currently supports the following languages

  • English                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
  • German
  • French
  • Swedish
  • Spanish
  • Italian

Further to be considered

Language depends on language defined in the employees SuccessFactors' Profile

Default language is English

SAP Hybris C4C ticket information needs to be available in the supported language otherwise texts in English are retrieved
