You notice that Employee Section in Tickets is not available to add to the RUI.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Service work centre.
- Go to the Tickets View.
- Open Ticket ABC(ABC represents the Ticket ID).
- Select Adapt and Edit Master Layout.
- Select the Open Tablet UI button.
- Hover over the Overview Tab.
- Select Add and Add Pane.
Result: You see that Employee Section is not available to add to the RUI.
There are two UI's for Tickets. One for HTML5 client and one for RUI client.
Currently, Employee fields are only available in HTML5 and not in RUI.
This is the current and expected system behaviour. It will be considered for future release.
